Saturday 3rd April 2010
With Powerscreen Premier Division leaders Caterpillar FC sidelined due to the weather, Falcons closed the gap to three points with a 2-1 win at Sileby Saints, Danny Moss and Ross Locker for Falcons, Ricky Cox for the Saints.   Genesis FC won 2-1 at home to Asfordby Village to keep them in touch with the leaders, Ian Cawley hitting both the Genesis goals, one a bullet header, Wayne Pymm for Asfordby.  Markfield FC also kept up their title challe3nge with a 9-1 at home to Ingles FC, Ezra Knight (2), Herbert Mawazda (2), Chris Brown (2), Neilan Morton (2) and Adam Eames for Markfield, Daz Jenkins for the Ingles.  Anstey Town won 4-1 at home to Loughborough FC, Beto Semedo, Mark Brown, Liam McNairn and Cory Lovell for the Town, Sam Vernon for the Luffs.  Shepshed Amateurs won 3-1 at Sutton Bonington, Chris James, Michael Rees and Daz Slater for the Amateurs, Nick Pick for Sutton.

Sileby Victoria are now three points behind Birstall Old Boys with a game in hand at the top of the Shedland.co.uk Division One after they beat Sutton Bonington Academicals 5-4, Nick Booth (3), Martin Lewin and Nathan Piggin for Sileby, Matt Anderson and Dave Stephens with two each for the Accies.  A goal apiece from Stu Brown and Alex Pritchett earner East Leake Athletic a 2-0 win at Kegworth Imperial.  A Simon Moore goal gave Anstey Crown a 1-0 win at Loughborough Athletic.  Belton Villa won 4-1 at home to ATI Garryson, Steve Gordon (2), Haydn Spiers and Ant Robey for the Villa, Gavin Irons for Garryson. 

Bagworth Colliery closed in on the Hex Holdings Limited Division Two title with a 2-0 win at home to Markfield FC Reserves, Matt Platts and Max Carroll with the goals.  Moira United lost 4-1 at home to East Leake Athletic Reserves, Joe Byrne, Mark Smith, Alex Rowe and Rob Hedworth for East Leake, Danny Morris for Moira.  Ingles FC Reserves won 4-2 at home to Thringstone Rangers, Danny Brown (2), Craig Roberts and Tom Morley for the Ingles, Ben Bray and Dave Pollard for Thringstone.  Castle Donington beat Loughborough United 2-0, Aaron Mumford and Dave Guarlay for Donno.

In the Windmill Trophies Division Three Thringstone MW finished their season with a 1-0 win at Greenhill YC with a goal from Lee Baillie, the Miners must now wait and see if Greenhill can catch them who they need to drop four points for the Miners to become champions.  Caterpillar FC Reserves won 5-0 at home to Belgrave FC ‘A’, Liam Walsh hitting a hat trick and one each for Ben Carter and Simon Carr for the Cat.  Whitwick Wanderers Reserves beat Measham Imperial 2-1, Andy Satchwell and Neil Cooper for Whitwick, Andy Ivers for Measham. 

In the RBF Fibreglass Limited Division Four Shepshed Amateurs Reserves beat Genesis FC Reserves 6-4, Karl Parsons (3), Lee Needham Simon Briddon and an own goal for the Amateurs, Steve Wiggins, Matt Reed, Myles Kime and Paul Humphreys for Genesis.  Birstall Old Boys Reserves won 4-0 at Loughborough Galaxy, Robbie Clare (2), Callum Tuckley and Paul Merryman with the Birstall goals.

Tuesday 6th April 2010
Falcons FC moved level on points with Powerscreen Premier Division leaders Caterpillar FC with a 3-0 win at Ingles FC although Caterpillar FC have two games in hand, Danny Bowes, Ross Locker and Daniel Moss on target for Falcons. Goals from Matt Boyles (2), Lewis Tolton (2) and Leo Coggan gave Sileby Saints their first win in six games beating Asfordby Village 5-0.

Saturday 10th April 2010
In the Powerscreen Premier Division leaders Caterpillar FC beat Sileby Saints 2-0, Nick Moore and John Pope with the Caterpillar goals.  Markfield FC leapfrogged Genesis FC into third spot after beating them 5-2 with goals from, Herbert Mawazda (4) and Neilan Morton, Ian Cawley and Chris Ford for Genesis FC.  An Alex Ward goal gave Shepshed Amateurs a 1-0 win at home to Whitwick Wanderers, while Ingles FC beat Woodhouse Imperial 5-2, Adam Smith (3), Sam Smith and Michael Price for the Ingles, Craig Tebbs hitting both for Woodhouse.

Birstall Old Boys are the Shedland.co.uk Division One Champions and will be playing in the Premier Division next season after beating fellow title challengers Sileby Victoria 2-0 with goals from, Ashley Byrne and Daniel Blake.  Anstey Crown moved into second place with a 7-2 win at home to Loughborough FC Reserves, Simon Moore (3), Matt Wallace, Tyrone Smith, Darryl Elliott and Peter Newton for the Crown, Shaun Findlay and Leigh Starbuck for Loughborough.

Bagworth Colliery are the Hex Holdings Limited Division Two Champions after beating Ingles FC Reserves 6-3, Max Carroll (4), Matt Platts and Joe Tebbutt for Bagworth, Matt Smith, Greg Fletcher and Simon Justice for the Ingles.  Markfield FC Reserves beat Thurmaston Rangers 2-1, Danny Ryland and an own goal for Markfield, Jack Bunkum for Thurmaston.  Woodhouse Imperial Reserves lost 5-1 at home to Castle Donington, Steve Miller 93), Dave Gaurlay and Luke Filsell for Donno, Gaz Wisher for the Imps.

Windmill Trophies Division Three title hopefuls Greenhill YC won 4-0 at home against Long Clawson, Karl Harratt (2), James Armstrong and Jamain Nelson with the goals.  Belgrave FC ‘A’ won 6-2 at Measham imperial, Scott Taylor (2), David Sills (2), Jason Russell and Shaun Derry for Belgrave, Adam Hoult and Carl Collen for Measham.  Sileby Saints Reserves also won 6-2 at ATI Garryson Reserves, Matt Simms (2), Johnny Graham, Iain Ross, Steve Hill and Jack Smith for the Saints, Johnny Marsden and Matt Clarke for Garryson.

In the RBF Fibreglass Limited Division Four Coalville Labour Club finished their first season in the league with a 4-1 win at home to Birstall Old Boys Reserves, Dave Leigh hitting a hat trick with the fourth coming through an own goal, Liam Kotecha for Birstall.  Sutton Bonington Reserves drew 1-1 with Loughborough Galaxy, Adam King for Sutton, and Adam Carr for Galaxy.  Loughborough United Reserves also drew 1-1 with Anstey Crown Reserves, Tom Flowers for Loughborough, and Russell Charlesworth for Anstey.

This years Automedia Printers Cobbin Trophy Final will be between Falcons FC and East Leake Athletic.  The Falcons won 2-1 at Asfordby Village, Ashley Harper and Ross Locker for the Falcons, Martin Blaza for Asfordby.  Division One side East Leake Athletic beat Premier Division outfit Loughborough FC 5-2 aet, Joe Byrne (2), Tom Madison, Nick Dyer and Stuart brown for the Athletic, Craig Nash and Darren Barrett for the Luffs. 

Tuesday 13th April 2010
Powerscreen Premier Division leaders Caterpillar FC hung on to take the points at Ingles FC wining 3-2 with goals from Nick Moore, Adam Willett and Chris Foster, Adam Smith and Tom Morley for the Ingles. Second placed Falcons FC beat third placed Markfield FC 4-2, Matt Bishop, Ross Locker, Sam Hogg and Sam Kibble for the Falcons, Levi Knight hitting both the Markfield goals. Genesis FC lost ground on the leaders going down 2-1 at home to Shepshed Amateurs, Chris Coe and Michael rees for the Amateurs, Jorge Jiminez for genesis. Loughborough FC won 3-1 at home against Whitwick Wanderers, Darren Barrett, Ashley Wignall and Kyen Chapman for the Luffs, Brett Meers for Whitwick. Woodhouse Imperial moved above Asfordby Village after beating them 3-2, Sam Lucas, Mike Halliday and John Taylor for the Imps, Lee Spridgens replying with a brace for Asfordby. Sutton Bonington drew 2-2 with Sileby Saints, Nick Pick and Mark Rennocks for Sutton, Leiws Tolton and Luke Frost for the Saints.

A special mention goes out to Greenhill YC who won their County Cup - Saturday Trophy Final in a 1-0 win against Witherley United Reserves, Karl Harratt hit the winning goal with twenty five minutes of the game remaining.

Thursday 15th April 2010
In the Hex Holdings Limted Division Two Thringstone Rangers were beating Markfield FC Reserves 3-0 with seven minutes remaining through goals from Shaun Mead (2) and Rudi Burton, but Markfield staged a come back scoring three time in the last seven minutes, Danny Ryland, Mark Woolley and Terry Cooper with the goals. In the Windmill Trophies Division Threre caterpillar Reserves won 4-0 at ATI Garryson Reserves, L:iam Walsh hitting a hat trick, Simon Carr adding the fourth.

Saturday 17th April 2010
Powerscreen Premier Division leaders Caterpillar FC lost 3-1 at Genesis FC, Chris Ford (2) and Steve Straker for Genesis, Nick Moore for Caterpillar.  Falcons FC moved level on points with Caterpillar FC, although they have played a game more, after they beat bottom side Sutton Bonington 3-1, Mark Williams, Ross Locker and Danny Parkin for the Falcons, Nick Pick for Sutton.  Anstey Town drew 1-1 with Markfield FC, Mark Brown for Anstey, an own goal for Markfield.  A Byron Rennocks goal gave Loughborough FC all three points at Shepshed Amateurs, while goals from Scott Cordy (3), Gavin Edwards (2), Daniel Edwards, Scott Dunn, Oliver Hunter and John Harley gave Whitwick Wanderers a 9-1 win at home to Loughborough Town, Joe Brennan for the Town.  Sileby Saints won 6-2 at home to Woodhouse Imperial, Rob Wills (2), Shane Wrigley, Luke Frost, Leo Coggen and Tom Doherty for the Saints, Mark Boon hitting both for Woodhouse.  Asfordby Village drew 1-1 with Ingles FC, Wayne Harris for Asfordby, and Adam Smith for the Ingles.

Anstey Crown clinched the runners up spot in the Shedland.co.uk Division One with a 3-1 win at home to Belton Villa, Simon Moore (2) and Tyrone Smith with the Anstey goals, Dominic Lawrence for the Villa.  Sileby Victoria won 3-0 at ATI Garryson, Jake Rimmington, Sam Rimmington and Chris Mee with the Vics goals.  Goals from Alex Pritchett (3), Shane Jones (2), Stu Brown, Joe Byrne and Shaun Wright gave East Leake Athletic an 8-1 win at Loughborough Athletic, Ashley Jones replying for Loughborough.

Hex Holdings Limited Division Two Champions Bagworth Colliery won 3-1 at home to The Railway EWM, Max Carroll, Matt Platts and Ben Cotton for Bagworth, Wayne Storer for The Railway.  Goals from Peter Mead, Steve Preston, Chris Holt and Ian Jardine gave Thringstone Rangers a 4-0 win at Thurmaston Rangers.  Ingles Reserves won 3-2 at home to Moira United, Matt Smith (2) and Ricky Stephnou for the Ingles, Andy Sherwood and Gareth Edwards for Moira. 

In the Windmill Trophies Division Three Greenhill YC dropped two valuable points in their title bid as Whitwick Wanderers Reserves held them to a 0-0 draw.  Goals from Liam Walsh (5), Sam Cole (3), Ben Carter (3), Ben Hemmerman and Ricky Bass gave Caterpillar Reserves a 13-2 win at home to ATI Garryson Reserves, Johnny Marsden and Daniel Speight for Garryson.    Loughborough Emmanuel beat Belgrave FC ‘A’ 4-3, Marc Scott (2), Dan Reeve and Dan Child for Emmanuel, Scott Taylor, David Sills and Ashley Cockeram for Belgrave.

Markfield FC ‘A’ must avoid a nine-goal defeat to become the RBF Fibreglass Limited Division Four Champions.  Today they beat Loughborough Galaxy 3-1 with goals from Jamie Weston (2) and Nathan Kew-Moss, Darren Jones for the Galaxy.  Second placed Sileby Victoria Reserves won 7-2 at home to Greenhill YC Reserves, Gary Smith (4), Nick Cox (2) and Jay Squires for Sileby, Lewis Costellow and Rikki Thacker with his first goal for three years for Greenhill.  Birstall Old Boys Reserves drew 2-2 with Loughborough United Reserves, Liam Kotecha and Isaac Fisher for Birstall, Andy Heffer and Josh Smith for United.

In the Powerscreen Premier Division Markfield FC kept up their title challenge with a 1-0 win at home to Shepshed Amateurs thanks to an own goal. Genesis FC won 2-1 at Loughborough FC, Jason Staples and Anthony Papathomas for Genesis, Kyen Chapman for the Luffs. Goals from Gavin Edwards (3), Daniel Edwards (2) and Scott Cordy gave Whitwick Wanderers a 6-0 win at home to Asfordby Village. Ingles FC traveled to Woodhouse Imperial and won 4-0, Greg Fletcher (2), Andy Hobson and Tom Morley with the Ingles goals.

In the Windmill Trophies Division Three Greenhill YC beat Belgrave FC 'A' 3-2, Karl Harratt (2) and Josh Hardy scoring for Greenhill, Scott Taylor hitting both for Belgrave. Goals from Dan Child (3), Marc Scott (2), Dan Reeve and an own goal gave Loughborough Emmanuel a 7-0 win at Long Clawson. On Thursday night goals from Martin Straw (4), Paul Collier and Will McNeice gave Whitwick Wanderers Reserves a 6-0 win at home to ATI Garryson Reserves.

Saturday 24th April 2010
It was top versus second in the Powerscreen Premier Division and leaders Caterpillar FC who came out on top with a 4-2 win, John Pope (2), Nick Moore and Chris Foster for Caterpillar, Matt Bishop and Ross Locker for the Falcons.  Markfield FC lost 3-0 at Shepshed Amateurs, Chris Coe (2) and Carl Brookes with the Amateurs goals.  Genesis FC lost 2-1 at home to Anstey Town, Eugene Ndi and Liam McNairn for Anstey, Steve Straker for Genesis.  Ingles FC won 3-0 at home to Sutton Bonington, Adam Smith, Ashy Fisher and Simon Evans with the goals.  Asfordby Village climbed above Woodhouse Imperial with a 4-1 win at Loughborough Town, Lee Spridgen hitting a hat trick for Asfordby with Paul Huckerby adding a fourth, Chris Biddles for the Town.  Woodhouse Imperial lost 1-0 at home to Whitwick Wanderers, Scott Cordy scoring the Whitwick goal.

In the Hex Holdings Limited Division Two Thringstone Rangers beat Champions Bagworth Colliery 4-1 to keep up their hopes of runners up spot, Martyn Page and Shaun Mead with two each for Thringstone, Matt Platts for Bagworth.

Greenhill YC kept their Windmill Trophies Division Three title hopes alive with a 5-2 win at Whitwick Wanderers Reserves, Jamain Nelson (3), James Armstrong and Karl Harratt for Greenhill, Adam Knowles with both for Whitwick.  Caterpillar FC Reserves won 4-2 at Sileby Saints Reserves, Dave Morley, Ben Carter, Liam Walsh and Sam Cole for Caterpillar, Iain Ross and Matt Simms for the Saints. A Matt Church goal gave Long Clawson a 1-0 win at Belgrave FC ‘A’.

In the RBF Fibreglass Limited Division Four Loughborough United Reserves drew 2-2 with Genesis FC Reserves, Josh Smith bagging a brace for United, Andy Curran hitting both for Genesis FC.

In the Bonser Trophy Final Ingles FC Reserves beat Markfield FC Reserves 3-0 with goals from Tom Morley, Greg Fletcher and Danny Holt.

Tuesday 27th April 2010
In the Powerscreen Premier Division Falcons FC secured the runners up spot with a 2-0 win at home to Anstey Town, Matt Bishop and Deon Zollino with the goals. Falcons can win the league if Caterpillar FC lose their last two games by twelve goals. Markfield FC lost 3-2 at Whitwick Wanderers, Levi Knight and Oscar Dodds for Markfield FC, Brett Meers and Dan Edwards (2), the winner coming from the penalty spot. A goal each from Adam Smith and Greg Fletcher gave Ingles FC a 2-0 win at Sileby Saints. Asfordby Village won 4-1 at home to Sutton Bonington, Paul Huckerby with a hat trick and Lee Spridgens adding the fourth, Martin Anderson for Sutton. Loughborough FC drew 1-1 with neighbours Loughborough Town, Kyen Chapman for the Luffs, Jamie Pestell for the Town.

In the Hex Holdings Limited Division Two Woodhouse Imperial Reserves drew 4-4 with Thringstone Rangers, Craig Tebbs, Gaz Wisher, Lee Tebbutt and Alex Burrows for Woodhouse, Shaun Mead, Peter mead, Ian Jardine and Rudi Burton for the Rangers.

Greenhill YC kept their Windmill Trophies Division Three title hopes alive with a 18-1 win at home to ATI Garryson Reserves, James Armstrong (5), Jamain Nelson (5), Karl Harratt (3), Michael White (3) and Josh Hardy (2) for Greenhill, John Pearce replying for Garryson. Ferrari FC drew 4-4 with Belgrave FC 'A', Richard Guarsci (2), Ed Timmins and an own goal for Ferrari, Shane Brown (2), James Hussey and Mark Jones for Belgrave.
