In the Automedia Printers Cobbin Trophy 2nd Round the top game of the day saw Falcons win 2-1 at home to unbeaten Caterpillar, Jack Richardson and Sam Kibble for the Falcons, Nick Moore for Caterpillar. Upset of the day came at Castle Donington who put out Sutton Bonington Academicals from two league higher by five goals to nil, Dan Amberlavana, Dave Guarlay, Steve Miller, Rich Marokity and Aaron Mumford with the Donno goals. East Leake Athletic won 4-0 at Birstall Old Boys, Tom Maddison, Dave Curtis, Nick Dyer and Shaun Wright with the goals. Nick Pick hit all five goals for Sutton Bonington as they beat Coalville Labour Club 5-3, Islam Ibrahim (2) and Matt Townsend or Coalville. Loughborough FC won 6-0 at home to Loughborough Galaxy, Nathan Bennett and Ben Walton hitting a hat trick each for the Luffs. Asfordby Village got their first win of the season with a 2-1 win at Loughborough Town, Lee Spridgen and Duncan Simpson for Asfordby, Matt Jones for the Town. A goal apiece from Oscar Dodds and Kieran McCabe gave Markfield a 2-0 win at home to Genesis FC. Anstey Crown won 5-4 at ATI Garryson, Tyrone Smith (3) and James Peploe (2) for the Crown. Whitwick wanderers won 3-2 aet at Anstey Crown, Dan Edwards and Scott Dunn in normal time with Dan Edwards hitting a 30-yard free kick for the winner in extra time for the Wanderers, Mark Brown hitting both goals for the Town. Measham Imperial lost 3-2 at home to Loughborough Athletic, Jordan Tinley (2) and Steve Jones for the Athletic, Andy Ivers hitting both for Measham. Sileby Saints won 3-0 at home to Belton Villa, Andy Glover, Scott Robinson and Josh Cox on target for the Saints. Sileby Victoria won 7-3 at Thringstone MW, Jake Rimmington (3), Martyn Lewin (2) and Lee Henwood (2) for Sileby, Lee Baillie, Luke Hardwick and Steve Adams for the Miners. Goals from James Armstrong (5), Karl Harratt, Jack Boobyer and Jamain Nelson gave Greenhill YC a 8-0 win at Thurmaston Rangers. Ingles won 5-3 at woodhouse Imperial, Gary Brooks (2), Ben Pollard, Dean Stanton and Matt Dadswell for the Ingles, John Taylor (2) and Luke Green for the Imps. Shepshed Amateurs won 3-1 at Kegworth Imperial, Chris James with a penalty, Sam Smith and Aaron Faulkner for the Amateurs, Damien Mawdsley for Kegworth. Long Clawson lost 4-1 at home to Bagworth Colliery, Matt Platts (3) and Dan Varnham for Bagworth, Malcolm Farrow for Clawson.

Loughborough United Reserves booked their place in the next round with a 6-0 win over ATI Garryson Reserves, Josh Smith (2), Ben Smith, Paul Smith, Michael Keene and Craig Maxwell with the United goals.
Hex Holdings Limited Division Two leaders The Railway EWM made it eight wins in eight with a 3-1 win at Moira United, Dominic Harding (2) and Tom Towersey for the Railway, Gareth Edwards for Moira. Markfield Reserves moved into to spot with a 4-2 win at home to Thringstone Rangers, Connor Saunders (2), Dan Saunders and Tom Grew for Markfield, Sean Mead and Chris Holt for the Rangers. Loughborough FC ‘A’ beat neighbours Loughborough United 3-2, Tom Belton (2) and Leon Pennant for the Luffs third string, Bright Ibhadon and Lee Ansell for United.
In the Windmill Trophies Division Three Mountsorrel FC lost 3-1 at home to Belgrave FC ‘A’, Scott Taylor, Mick Stretton and Ashley Cockeram for Belgrave, Lance Bucknall for Mountsorrel. Goals from Richard Guarasci (4), Ed Timmins, Matt Griffin and Kieran McHenry gave Ferrari a 7-1 win at home to Loughborough Emmanuel, Ant Baker replying for Emmanuel.
In the RBF Fibreglass Limited Division Four Markfield FC ‘A’ took over at the top with a 6-0 at Shepshed Amateurs Reserves, Nathan Kew-Moss (2), Jamie Weston (2), Niall Smith and Andy Eames with the Markfield goals. Sileby Victoria Reserves beat second placed Birstall Old Boys Reserves 2-1 with goals form Ian Wright and Nick Cox, Tim Clare for Birstall. |

Terex Pegson Premier Division leaders Caterpillar FC were made to fight for the points as they won 5-3 at Loughborough Town, Nick Moore (3), Chris Foster and an own goal for Caterpillar, Allan Blackey, Sean Beale and Chris Biddles for the Town. Genesis FC moved up to second with a 4-2 win at home to Loughborough FC after being 2-0 down, Chris Ford (2), Iain Robertson and Ryan Patman for Genesis, Paul Dickens and Ben Walton for the Luffs. Markfield FC slipped to third after a 2-2 draw at home with Falcons FC, Kieran McCabe and Richard McLaughlin for Markfield, Phil McHale and Ross Locker for the Falcons. A brace from Jamie Holms gave Whitwick Wanderers a 2-0 win at home to Sileby Saints, while Sutton Bonington and Ingles got a point each as they drew 2-2, Andy Ashton and Stu Brown for Sutton, Garry Brooks and Daz Jenkins for the Ingles. A goal each from Peter Mead and Sean Mead gave Thringstone Rangers a 2-0 win at Loughborough United. Moira United won 2-0 at Loughborough FC ‘A’ with goals from James Brind and Chris Moon. Bagworth Colliery won 2-1 at home to East Leake Athletic Reserves, Ben Cotton and Dale Wills for Bagworth, Mark Smith replying for East Leake.
Windmill Trophies Division Three leaders Thringstone MW won 9-1 at Ferrari FC, Lee Baillie led the way with six, Ross Clarke (2) and Lewis Billings for the Miners, Matt Griffin for Ferrari. Loughborough Emmanuel drew 2-2 with Long Clawson, Dan Child hitting both for Emmanuel, Matt Church with both the Clawson goals. Leaders Caterpillar won 4-0 at home to Woodhouse Imperial, Nick Moore (2), Matt Durham and Ashley Morris with the Caterpillar goals. Genesis FC won 4-2 away at Ingles FC, Chris Ford hitting a hat trick and Jason Staples adding the fourth for Genesis, Andy Shilliam and Dean Stanton for the Ingles. Falcons won 3-0 at home against Sutton Bonington, Adam Locker, Matt Bishop and Jack Richardson with the goals. Sileby Saints won 3-1 at home to Markfield FC, Josh Cox (2) and Dan Moore for the Saints, Oscar Dodds for Markfield. Loughborough United got their first win of the season with a 5-3 win at home to East Leake Athletic Reserves, Will Hack (3) and Shane Hardy (2) for United, Declan Roberts, Dean Hawkridge and Luke McKay for East Leake.
